A more horrendous holiday is hard to imagine. We traveled as a family: two adults, children 12 years old and 2 years old. We arrived at the hotel around 9 pm, at the reception kindly offered dinner, and then check-in. No one even expected a dirty trick, but then the most interesting thing happened ....about 10 rooms were settled at the same time, everyone was shocked by the "cleanliness" of the rooms and their readiness. Specifically, my case: we were supposed to have an extra bed, but upon check-in it turned out that we were simply settled in a double room, when asked where the bed was, at the reception they answered boorishly tomorrow. After long scandals, the bed was brought at about one in the morning. I did not wait for towels for all the vacationers (there are still 2 large ones and 2 for the face).
Housekeeping is another story altogether. Dolar should be left for making your bed and taking out the garbage (not the fact that all), toilet paper? Haven't heard of this, you need to go ask.
The day before departure, they officially issued a piece of paper where it says how much it costs to extend the number, but in fact, when I came to pay, again in a boorish way, they said there were no places. On the question of whether it is possible to leave at least beach towels, so that the child would sleep on the sun loungers in a boorish way, there is not enough, check-out at 12:00 and slam the door.

I have never seen such an attitude to the rest....
It’s also very interesting, there in the description of all operators there is a huge list of bars and food courts, in fact there is a main restaurant, and 3 bars (reception, fish cafe and beach bar)
In general, I would not wish such a hotel even to my enemy.
