The quest began to whom to give money. Ok, settled in another, dirt everywhere, everything is broken. But ok, we didn’t come to the room. But then the whole quest is to find a free table at dinner, children with their parents stand with plates and don’t understand where to sit, stand in huge lines for food, ask for not 2 pieces of cucumber but three, the apocalypse, and the attitude at the reception is a separate kind of disgusting. I felt bad, I asked for water at the reception (you won’t find coolers, but they pour it from the tap at the bar). To which the receptionist replied that there was no water. After I sat down, my friend went again to ask for water, to which they again said that she was not there, only after screaming, call an ambulance, we will ask them for water, the girl at the reception took out a bottle of water.
In this hotel, everyone absolutely does not care about you, even if you feel bad, do not expect help. There is a queue at all bars, at least 40 minutes you will wait to get something to drink. Constantly something is over, the bartender calmly raises his voice at you and almost sends you if you don’t approach him with a smile, but just calmly ask for something. Horror. And the cleaner in the room is a separate issue, the dude who comes at 8 in the morning looks at how we sleep (were resting girls), after that he rushed into the shower to one of us, like bringing a towel there, even though we shouted get out, standing in the room. I can say thank you to the gardener, everything was beautiful here. Otherwise, I have never met a more bestial attitude and dirt. It's not about the level of the hotel, it's about the service and attitude towards people. Very bad aftertaste. Been to Rehan twice about 7 years ago and it was a completely different hotel. Now I really don’t recommend it, dirty sticky tables, chairs, appliances, beaten sticky plates and glasses, screams are everywhere, angry bartenders at the bar, seeing the line can calmly talk to each other for 5 minutes, yell. Trouble. Thank you people for the party, this is what really brightened up our vacation.
