Looking forward to family vacation. We made bets on Egypt, because in October it was considered too late for Turkey. The travel agent recommended Rehan, we liked the fact that entertainment for the child was announced: a children's room, slides, pools. Studied everywhere reviews on it, the ratings are quite high. It's not very clear why. The room is very dirty, well, very. We walked around the room in slippers, because it was disgusting to step on the floor with bare feet. For 8 days, no one normally cleaned, although they repeatedly asked for it. The hotel is 4 stars, the renovation in the rooms also needs to be updated, but you can easily turn a blind eye to this, you wouldn’t come to sit in the room if it were clean! Dust and dirt everywhere.
The hotel area is large and there are sooo many people, as it seemed to us, and the staff is 3 times less. Queues at the restaurant and at the bar are in the order of things, a place in the restaurant had to wait. Tables and chairs inside and outside are dirty. The staff doesn't care. Food for 3 is a stretch. There was no variety of fruits: dates, bananas, apples, melons, oranges. Check-out from the rooms at 12, they cut off the bracelets, although they knew that our flight was delayed and we sat cuckooing in the lobby and thanks for that. Although in fact we have a ticket for 8 days. We will never come here again and will not recommend to anyone. Honestly and objectively I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
