I did not like the hotel, there are pluses, but there are more minuses.

We just returned from this hotel yesterday.
I will not write about numerous flies and mosquitoes (bring a repellent with you, you will not regret it), about dirty dishes and not very good rooms... I think this has already been written about. I want to write about what really touched me - this is the service and the lack of the sea. In general, I go in for mountaineering and to say that I’m spoiled for comfort on vacation, I can’t, I had to sleep in the snow and in a tent for a month, but I think if you go on vacation in a civilized manner, then everything should correspond. Negative emotions began from the moment of settlement. The reception clearly hinted if you want a good room you have to pay, we refused. Another couple stayed with us, same story. Then we were taken to the rooms past the construction site, with jokes they say that this is where you live and will, in the sense, be at the construction site. The move ended up costing $25. We turned to the hotel guides of the Pegasus company, they shrug their shoulders and cannot help in any way, they offered to write a complaint : )) The hair dryer and safe did not work in the room and there was no water, the elimination of this required 8 calls and 2 visits to the reception during the day : ) Russians in the hotel are extremely unfriendly, they are very rude, especially in the main restaurant and at the reception desk. The Europeans, the British are treated with respect, and with a smile they fulfill any request, they are ready to kiss in all places. Although we left tips everywhere, smiled and greeted everyone, we were treated like second-class people. Whomever I talk to on the beach, in the hotel, the opinion of all Russian vacationers is the same. The hotel was not worth the money we paid. We paid 21.000 rubles per person, in my opinion, its price is 10.000 no more and 2-3 ***. Unfortunately, at the time of purchase, we no longer had a choice, hotels such as Novotel or Sofitel were in the foot.
But the worst thing is that the hotel is located in the Nabq area. This is an open sea area with strong winds.

Access to the SEA or along dead coral with knee-deep shallow water or from a pontoon. BUT: there is always a red flag there, in principle, they let them into the sea, 2 lifeguards are on duty, they throw a circle for those who cannot swim back on their own, and the current there is very strong. i. e. there is absolutely no calm swimming and enjoying the beauties of the Red Sea, although the coral is very beautiful and there are many interesting fish. But on this beautiful coral the waves are thrown.
I want to turn to TOUR OPERATORS do not spoil the long-awaited vacation of your customers, do not sell them tours there. I have no doubt that there are much worse hotels, with dust and dirt and huge cockroaches, this is all understandable... the hotel is not terrible, as there are numerous swimming pools, volleyball, tennis and a huge green area. But IF YOU WANT Red Sea and friendly staff, then this is not the hotel to go to.
