The hotel deserves its 4 stars. We were in Egypt 2 times, so we understood what we needed and chose from what we could choose. Upon check-in, I got a room with a magnificent view of the construction site. I would do anything, but my wife wanted to change. For 15 bucks within 10 minutes we moved to a room overlooking the pool and next door to our friends. I understand that the ROH settlement is a lottery, so the bucks are not a pity. The room was normal, everything worked (conder did not work for friends - they fixed it the next day), cleaning was fine. Nothing was lost, they never crossed paths with the cleaner, I think the dolar in the form of a tip did its job - they made hearts, swans, etc. out of towels.
The FOOD is basically normal, the choice is sufficient, even the soups were normal, there were enough fruits, the presence of figs was especially pleasing, the bananas were greenish.
ALCOHOL, since we were going to the sea, and not to get drunk on free alcohol, what was offered was quite enough, the reserve, in view of the purchased gin, came back home. After visiting the Mexican restaurant, which gave beer (an order of magnitude better than what was given in the bars on the territory of the hotel), I wanted a normal beer, which was found in the shops to the left of the hotel.

SEA Well, what can I say, the sea and the fish are beyond praise, it's fun to watch the ebb. In the morning, often a red flag - hung out aground, in the afternoon a yellow one - went to the depths from the pantone. The current is not very strong. They immediately brought masks and tubes with them, bought slippers there on the spot (it’s hard to swim and play volleyball without them)
BEACH read here that someone did not have enough space on the beach - we did not have this, there was always plenty of space. Even the 5th of us always had sunbeds together without any problems.
SPORT - the hotel played darts, table tennis. On the beach, thanks to the enterprising Pole, they played volleyball. Only the site is uncomfortable - narrow, but it did not stop to have fun.
ANIMATION It's really practically non-existent, we just were in Turkey and another hotel in Egypt and we understand what it can be. Here it is at a very low level. On the territory of the hotel, at least somehow, on the beach - a complete zero. Evening shows are built on external people (not the animation team).
RUSSIAN specially singled out in a separate section-because again faced with rudeness on their part. Although there is absolutely nothing to be surprised... If it is... but, then this is usually determined immediately. Of course, not all of them are like that, but this is their arrogance and unnecessary show-off to anyone frankly irritating, but not impressive at all.
In general, the hotel is fully consistent with its category, the staff is normal if you also treat them normally and reciprocate to which they deserve.
