We got to the hotel after 15 o'clock, immediately put on bracelets and were taken to the room. Superior room No. 9030. The 9th buildings are the most remote from the central pools and they are quiet and calm. Almost everyone has their own swimming pool. The room is large and clean. It turned out that the TV did not show in the room - the antenna was turned off. Connected, tuned channels. Bullets from a TV with dead batteries, but for 10 days they were enough to turn the TV on and off once or twice a day.
There was also no drinking water in the room. In the evening they reported this at the reception. They brought one bottle at 11 pm, but after that they always left water when cleaning.

The hotel grounds are large, beautiful and well maintained. Lots of pools, bars where you can drink and eat. The second pool (opposite the reception) is heated. In it, the main activities are carried out by most of the animators.
The sea is a bit far, but the road to it is not annoying. Not on foot or in a bus. Sea. . . Nabq area - that says it all. Waves, wind, strong current, long pontoons. We went to the sea after lunch. Of the 11 days, only one day was a red flag. The rest are yellow. You can swim, but the reef, compared to the bays of Ras Nasrani and Sharks Bay, is not beautiful and there are few fish. The last three days have been a VERY STRONG current.
Nutrition. We ate at the main restaurant. Sometimes we had a snack in the old fish or food court. The first week was very good. Everything was delicious, enough. But the last three days. . . Either the team of chefs has changed or the hotel has become much more crowded. But the food was no longer so tasty, often there were not enough plates and glasses. In the restaurant in the bar they began to pour wine very heavily diluted with water - it was not possible to drink it. Before that it was fine though. On the last day, in general, 2/3 of the tables and the cooks who cooked there were removed from the street.
In Star Fish you can have a bite to eat with delicious pizza and hot dogs, ice cream.
Of the a la carte restaurants were only in Lebanese. Nothing special. 4 minus.
Animation team - well done. Well spent and activities and evening shows. They don't get bored.
The hotel service (bars, restaurants, rooms) is a bit unprofessional compared to Sea Group.
The hotel rest a lot of young people 20-30 years old. Somewhere half. Then families with children - 20 percent. Then pensioners - also 20. Like me, 35-45 years old in a hotel, 10 percent.
70 percent Russians, 10 Belarusians, 10 Poles, 5 Ukrainians, and the remaining 5 percent are Italians and British.
Women / men - 60/40.
In general, the hotel is more youthful.
I rate:
- hotel territory and rooms - 5;
- service - 4;
- general atmosphere - 4+;
- food - I would put 4, but the last three days everything crossed out, so 3+.

If you want seafood - I do not recommend a la carte restaurant, which is on the beach. We saw the prices and what they serve there. $25 per person for the food they offer is way too expensive.
I recommend visiting a VERY good seafood restaurant. It is located in Nabq in La Strada Mall - opposite the Hard Rock Cafe. It's called Maxim. Very good and fresh seafood. Excellent service. Low prices. You can get from the hotel by taxi (no more than 2-4 dollars per car) or by minibus (1 per person). I don't know the fare in pounds. Say hello to the owner Hani Hakim and his wife Nastya from Zhenya and Ira from Kyiv.
Internet - a supermarket across the road from the hotel. There you can buy and set up a SIM card with 4.5 GB of 3G Internet for $20. Internet is very good and fast.
Many fixed price stores have prices in pounds. If you pay in dollars, then I count at 6. There is an ATM at the reception where you can exchange at the rate of 7.15. For 100 dollars you will get 15 savings.
