Ужасный отель. Испорченный отдых Terrible hotel. Spoiled vacation

I rarely write reviews. But now I really want to share my impressions about the rest in Pyramis. Before the trip, I read good reviews, but when I arrived there, I was very disappointed... Well, what can I say? I’ll start with the check-in: everything went smoothly here, we gave $ 20 for three rooms, so as not to wait until 14-00, we settled quickly in the main building, the rooms were tired, dust was everywhere... But this is not critical for me, I wiped the dust everywhere myself. We were not fed breakfast… The hotel is kept by an Egyptian and that says it all. The food is so-so, it is not convenient that the meat and side dishes are on the street, the rest is in the restaurant, it is not very convenient to run back and forth with plates. Breakfast is very poor, only scrambled eggs and boiled eggs with oatmeal and terrible sausages. Lunch was not bad, I had three soups, rice, french fries, fish (not tasty), dry, meat every once in a while, Pizza is always burned and you don’t want it until you get in line... Diluted UPI juice, we didn’t drink it...
The hotel is full of locals, arrogant, they are served first of all, they look at us like garbage! The beach chairs are old and broken. The reef is average. I haven't eaten anything for the last three days because I got food poisoning. The attitude is indifferent, they cleaned so-so, changed the towels and then when you throw them on the floor, and if not, then they put the wet ones on top. Only the bed was made and the garbage was taken out, no one wiped the dust anywhere... There is no animation from the word AT ALL! Once we went to the show - stupid tricks, I have never seen anything like this in any hotel! There wasn’t even a Christmas tree on New Year’s Eve, the money for New Year’s dinner was paid, but... we go almost every year to Egypt on New Year’s Eve, we were in fours, but it was much better. Everything was tasteless and terrible. There was no New Year's program at all, at least they did a disco, though the so-called animators were jumping in tracksuits, that's all the performance.
In general: we go there more than a foot and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. I only liked the sea. Conclusion: Pyramis sucks. Three with a minus.
