We arrived at 9 pm and checked into a room with two separate beds, when our reservation was for a “premium” one with a double bed. They wanted to move two of the proposed ones for us and close the sockets at the same time. In the room there was a crooked TV, a leaking stall in the bathroom and a door to another room, it was a house for two companies, as I understand it, the audibility in the room was terrible. You could hear everything the neighbors said. The expectation based on the photo of the room and the reality was colossal. I called the reception and asked for another number, they told me to come in the morning after 12 for a change, because now everything is busy, it’s strange how this can be if we were initially assigned a room for a couple, but oh well. We arrive at 12, they say to arrive at three. As a result, running around for half a day, not being able to put things away.
They put us in the farthest house and the most smoky one, no one lived in the second room and the cleaners smoked right there, the room was 7-10 minutes from the reception and all civilization, so to speak, and the disadvantages include the fact that the hotel is located on a hill and there constant steps, that is, for these 10 minutes it’s not pleasant to walk along a path with palm trees, but to walk up and down the stairs. The second room was already better, but there were ants in it and the bedding left much to be desired, unfortunately I can’t attach a photo, the duvet cover was smaller than the blanket and the blanket itself was hanging out by almost a quarter, it was in pellets and had yellow spots, it was terrible. When we were checked into the second room, there were no towels in it, I called the reception again and asked to bring them, we got ready for the sea and thought how to return everything would be in the room, but that was not the case, we arrived, there was nothing, I called again, we waited again , as a result, they brought towels twice.
Then, at the end of the holiday, we had an early flight and the guide told us that we could take a dry drink, I went up in the evening to check with the reception, they said we don’t need to book anything, that goes without saying, we come in the morning, they froze up and said that they didn’t know anything. They took about 10 minutes to knock out breakfast. In the end, it turned out that they had everything and brought it out. Well, I would also like to add that the food was delicious, but at the end of the vacation we were poisoned, perhaps it was from their tap water with which we brushed our teeth, or perhaps it was the food that was to blame. But overall we liked the holiday, a beautiful area in and near the reception, a reef, not a long pantoon, plus there was a beach without it, great for children. But the staff is classic Egyptian, lazy, slow and irresponsible.
