It is necessary to pay an additional 120 dollars for a larger room for 4 persons. When asked to deliver a bed, the staff laughed and refused.
We paid this amount, but later our travel agent informed us that if 4 people were not allowed in the reserved room, the system would not have missed it.
Then the next day we had a problem with the safe, we couldn't open it after coming home from lunch. Security was called and they barely unlocked it with a special key. After that we found that all our wallets and bags were ransacked, but nothing was taken, which is very strange. We wrote a statement about this situation, there are a lot of cameras around the rooms, but in the future we were not given information about who rummaged through our things.
