The second room was already better, but there were ants in it and the bedding left much to be desired, unfortunately I can’t attach a photo, the duvet cover was smaller than the blanket and the blanket itself was hanging out by almost a quarter, it was in pellets and had yellow spots, it was terrible. When we were checked into the second room, there were no towels in it, I called the reception again and asked to bring them, we got ready for the sea and thought how to return everything would be in the room, but that was not the case, we arrived, there was nothing, I called again, we waited again , as a result, they brought towels twice.
Then, at the end of the holiday, we had an early flight and the guide told us that we could take a dry drink, I went up in the evening to check with the reception, they said we don’t need to book anything, that goes without saying, we come in the morning, they froze up and said that they didn’t know anything. They took about 10 minutes to knock out breakfast. In the end, it turned out that they had everything and brought it out. Well, I would also like to add that the food was delicious, but at the end of the vacation we were poisoned, perhaps it was from their tap water with which we brushed our teeth, or perhaps it was the food that was to blame. But overall we liked the holiday, a beautiful area in and near the reception, a reef, not a long pantoon, plus there was a beach without it, great for children. But the staff is classic Egyptian, lazy, slow and irresponsible.
We paid this amount, but later our travel agent informed us that if 4 people were not allowed in the reserved room, the system would not have missed it.

The queue in them is scheduled for weeks, and waiting for a person who works on a schedule that is inconvenient for visitors, you will be in the lobby with a crowd of people who, like you, are counting on free cheese in a mousetrap. Cancellation with restaurants, approx. Entertainment.
All these cute videos that the hotel shot with people doing sports on the beach and incendiary dances in the evenings are lies. There is water aerobics during the daytime in a pool with not the cleanest water, and evening programs that the animators are trying to pull out with all their might, but they are simply not enough for the crowd of people that the hotel populates in pursuit of money. Speaking of swimming pools and swimming in the sea. Your time is literally before sunset. For what reason the sea is closed so early, it is understandable, safety. Open water, difficulty in controlling the safety of being in it. But what is the problem of swimming in the pool after 6 pm is not clear. The only pluses of the whole stay, we noted the magnificent coral and its inhabitants, as well as cleaning in the dining rooms and rooms. About the eviction from the hotel and do not say anything. The hotel is full of locals, arrogant, they are served first of all, they look at us like garbage! The beach chairs are old and broken. The reef is average. I haven't eaten anything for the last three days because I got food poisoning. The attitude is indifferent, they cleaned so-so, changed the towels and then when you throw them on the floor, and if not, then they put the wet ones on top. Only the bed was made and the garbage was taken out, no one wiped the dust anywhere... There is no animation from the word AT ALL! Once we went to the show - stupid tricks, I have never seen anything like this in any hotel! There wasn’t even a Christmas tree on New Year’s Eve, the money for New Year’s dinner was paid, but... we go almost every year to Egypt on New Year’s Eve, we were in fours, but it was much better. Everything was tasteless and terrible. There was no New Year's program at all, at least they did a disco, though the so-called animators were jumping in tracksuits, that's all the performance.

They entertain children over 4 years old, they drive the little ones, do not pay attention to them at all. The sea is beautiful, this is the only plus of this hotel. The territory is large, but not well-groomed, garbage is lying everywhere, there are plates, dry bushes grow. The guide who comes to meet you does not tell the whole truth about the excursions, his business is to sell, but what and how it will be there will be a surprise for you.
