Hello, we took vouchers for 03/11/12 at the Sea Magic Resort & Spa 5 * hotel, since there was no time to read the reviews, we immediately paid, came home and were stunned when we read it, tell me if there are bugs in all the buildings, they mostly write for the main one, tell me in which building it’s better to move in, and maybe take some kind of remedy from the house from these creatures, I’M GENERALLY IN SHOCK!!!!! We were there a week ago, we did not see bedbugs and those bitten by them. The rooms got in the first cormus from the sea, gorgeous. The room had bathrobes and a plate of fruit. The food is varied.

As the security service explained - that there was a cleaner, but the next day, they didn’t find any money with him. I was in this hotel, I lived in room 4019, I did not meet a single bug, I did not hear a single complaint from our tourists. I also read reviews that they say there were bedbugs, that they were poisoned, but personally I didn’t see bedbugs there.

The hotel is just the BOMB, you will not regret it. At the expense of cleaning in the room - we were cleaned every day and pretty well. At the expense of the raid - we did not take and no mosquitoes or any other insects bothered us !!! Have a good rest and only the most pleasant and joyful memories of this hotel!!!

Are you kidding? This hotel is a bugger! We got out of there on the 3rd day, asked to be moved to another hotel, and that's where the real vacation began. If anyone is interested, I can send photos to the mail, where I took a picture of a bug, and a cockroach, and the door to my mother-in-law's room, where it says in Arabic "closed for 48 hours", because bedbugs were stained there, and there was a smell near the closed door another one. And the general manager, when talking with me, split that yes, there are bedbugs in the hotel, but the hotel is "fighting" with them. And how does he fight? Garbage is puffed up when complaining, a dissatisfied tourist will be placed in another room, and bedbugs, instead of dying, run through the ventilation to other rooms. If possible, change the vouchers, I'm not lying. There really are bedbugs and cockroaches. I don’t have a goal to crap this hotel, they won’t pay me money for this and I won’t live better, I just don’t want someone to twitch like we are there. Well, and one more thing: if you went and ran into a problem there, then know that you can always talk to the guide and ask to be moved to another hotel. We were relocated, and we did not pay any extra money for this, and we did not lose any days.

The food in restaurants is generally not bad, though there are some dishes of unknown composition. Meat, fruit - always on top. Salads are so-so, they lack the spiciness I'm used to. Large selection of sweets, but few really tasty desserts.
Juice - yupi. lips are not washed. You won’t die of hunger for sure - food is provided almost all day. By the way, very tasty pizza near the pool on the street.

What I didn’t like was the weak animation team (this does not apply to the Italian, it seems Rosa). They checked into the hotel with us, they don't know anything, they can't do anything. But maybe they will learn with time.
The Arabs are trained, no one bothered, no money extorted. but on my own initiative I left a tip for the janitor every day. I also wanted to finally feed the bartender by the pool, but he is so diligent in appearance that it was even embarrassing for him to give money.
