Who does the author recommend the hotel to?: For a relaxing holiday; For families with children
First time in Egypt. There is nothing to compare with. Maybe it's for the best, because I just have my own opinion on otley without comparison. I re-read the latest reviews on the hotel - there is something with which I completely agree, and I do not agree at all.

Territory. Beautiful, big, green. Our room overlooked the courtyard: a wonderful lawn, flowers, everything is well-groomed, blooming. A two-color sea was also visible - it was possible to distinguish where it was shallow and where it was deep. The construction of a nearby hotel did not interfere with us personally, although we could observe the "construction process". On the last day we went to the part where there were chess, a playground. I counted three playgrounds with swings and slides.

Beach. We went to the sea on the beach once. With a mask. We got to LIVING corals and fish. They need to be able to see. Of course, they do not run in flocks, but I managed to see beautiful and many, many sea urchins. My husband didn't see any fish. We had one mask, so we took turns watching. From him, the fish, apparently, were hiding. So, with the fact that the corals are all dead and there is nothing in the sea on the beach, I do not completely agree. As for the wild beach. A concrete path runs along the beach, which stretches from the wild beach along the coast through this and other hotels. As the guide told us, there is an agreement according to which access to the wild beach will be open to everyone (vacationers) of those hotels that are located along this path. So with the opening of the new hotel then already on the "not wild beach" and the bay will be opened. There will be a territory of a new hotel.
Food. It was ok, edible, plenty. We didn't have any complaints. On the issues of spiciness - there were also spicy-spicy dishes a la cutlets, there was also completely non-peppered meat. For eight days the food is not tired. A couple of times I got on rolls, there were squid appetizers. If this is an indicator for someone. For example, I ate fresh salads that could be made to your liking; I didn’t think that in Egypt I would eat scrambled eggs for breakfast (like, you can’t eat it at home; )) - the cook made it very appetizing right there in the hall; from fruits - apples, pears, oranges, tangerines, dates, bananas, melon, persimmon. Lots of pastries. In the early days - I did not know where to start; ). For breakfast - pastries "type" ivy, buns, donuts, for lunch and dinner - cake. Fruit salads, desserts.
Waiters. I don’t understand at all when claims arise that they are not there for 5-10 minutes. If they came a little earlier than the main influx, then they came right away, we did not have time to sit down at the table. If during the influx - we could already eat, and the waiter just came up. I don't see anything like that. You could just call, and the waiter came up, smiled, took the order. There are several types of waiters - someone takes the order, someone cleans. For service in restaurants for 8 days, I never had to complain. Tea and coffee were offered in the morning, drinks in the afternoon and evening.

Room service. There was one moment with a large towel - he took the old one, but did not bring a new one. After the husband explained that "we shouldn't do this" and we need another towel - all issues were resolved. There were no more claims. To find fault, the bathroom could have been cleaned better and earlier. He usually got to us in the afternoon. There were petals on the beds, and a towel swan. Nothing was missing.

Pools - a lot, good, enough sunbeds, two children's pools. Bars near the pool - served normally, without any complaints. There is a complex of water slides. Ride - I don't want to.

I didn't go to the spa. Friends visited almost every day. They say they liked it. Husband was once - without much enthusiasm. Lots of kids of all ages. Children have a place to walk, swim and have fun. I speak as the mother of a two year old. Animation. Every day they were invited to volleyball, water polo, shaping. Didn't take part in anything. I just rested, so about the level. I can't say anything about the frequency and interestingness of the animation.
I don’t understand our people when they come to a FOREIGN country, while they want to live by their own rules. It is believed that when communicating with service personnel of a different nationality, the rules of decency and minimal courtesy are not needed. Upon returning home, I personally miss the smiles and friendliness of the Arabs. And importunity... whoever wants to see it sees it. There is a proverb "Treat a person the way you want to be treated". This is very visible in this country. Regardless of your gender, nationality - you smile and greet. The answer is anything. Often, the minimal "Thank you" was not heard.

We went to rest, gain sun, strength, and calm our nerves. All this was received in full. Will I go to this hotel again? If invited - with great pleasure. For your money - there are many other places that you can see and where you can visit.
