Плохой отель, не соответствует своей звездности Bad hotel, does not live up to its star rating

We chose this hotel without thinking for a long time, read a couple of positive reviews, one might say an unplanned vacation. Everything about this hotel is bad, we have stayed in different hotels of different star ratings, but this hotel, declared as 5 stars, corresponds to 3 and even then with a stretch. There is no service, no one can answer questions, they just send them to each other. The staff in general is not friendly at all. Very dirty rooms, dirty territory, they don’t clean up after tourists who are resting during the day, I probably didn’t see the cleaners at all during the day, only in the morning. The food is not at all varied, rice, potatoes, chicken and pasta. My family and I ate French fries. The dining room is very dirty, the chairs and tables are stained, there are a lot of people, they don’t have time to clean, apparently there isn’t enough staff, the floors are stained, the floors are stained, shoes are sticking.
The sea has pronounced low tides, from the pontoon the sea is of course clean and beautiful, on the shore if you are with a child, everyone flounders in one small lagoon, and that’s it. If you pay attention to the animation, there is none all day, you had to turn on music on your phone, in the evening there is a show program and that’s all. I can’t say that the vacation was ruined, we didn’t stay at the hotel, we took excursions for the last 4 days and went to the city. I definitely won’t recommend this hotel, draw your own conclusions.
