There is no safe in the room, at the reception, but I have never had a problem taking something from there, at most 5 minutes. We did not encounter theft. There is a Russian-speaking children's animator (there was a very nice girl). All in 3 languages: menu , animation, announcements (English, German, Russian) They walk with them, play with them, take them to eat ice cream, I think if anything has changed, then only for the better.
