We rested with my husband from August 12 to August 19.2020, room 1007. We arrived late in the evening and we were met by a "sadness". The hotel is not five or even four stars.
Reception. The employee, twitchy, sends the whole queue to wait with the settlement. OK. We did not pull him even more, we only asked him to put on bracelets and went to dinner. We did not regret : ) that we did not finally pull the receptionist. We got a room overlooking the pool and the sea. But... These "buts" pursued at every step, we tried to "kill" them with pluses as best we could, but it didn't always work out : (
ROOM: dead, especially the bathroom, with chipped tiles and a current broken shower. The water in the cabin did not drain and stagnate, not because the pipes were clogged, but because there was no slope in the pan. A bottle of water was provided every day for cleaning. Missed the cleaning - missed the water. They asked - they don’t give, at least die of thirst: ( But : ) Plus the rooms: large, spacious, amazing view, wide beds (there are two of them, we moved them together so as not to change the room), comfortable, flat-screen TV. Cleaning is good.

RESTAURANT: not very big and if you didn't come to the beginning, then there are no more places. We only dined. We had breakfast and dinner at a bar by the sea. The food is not varied and not plentiful. But : ) Very tasty, many thanks to the chef for the meat and fish that just melt in your mouth and for the desserts.
DRINKS: there is nowhere to "get" water. In the machines, orange was diluted every other time. The coffee is terrible. We found a coffee machine at the bar of the restaurant and saved ourselves with cappuccino and latte. The beer is so terrible that I didn't believe it was "it", probably a super diluted and fermented orange; Local bartenders have not heard anything about the cocktail. They pour strong alcohol into a plastic cup on a finger and “give it to you”, pointing to the nearest machine so that they can dilute it with cola or sprite on their own. No pros : (
WATER PARK: no mats, one slide is so slow and non-slip... but in general, the worst thing is unearthly mud. My feet “thump” in the liquid (I’m not exaggerating! ” The second time I didn’t force myself to go there. Plus? It’s just that there are slides. There are already good ones.
SEA: Every time I thought that these were my last minutes of life when I went into the sea and when I tried to get out. On the one hand, there is a sandy beach and a gentle entry, but the bottom is "slippery", as the reef begins, and on the other hand, a pier in the form of large steps and stones, sharp, so that it is impossible to step on them without getting hurt. Ran and bought aquashoes. It became a little easier, but there was nothing to grab on to. Make at least something like steps and stairs! The "victims" came into the restaurant every now and then with bruises and bruises. Plus: The sea itself! Transparent, with waves, left the room, 20-30 meters and you are in the abyss. A million fish! They chase between your legs like neighbor cats : ) On the reef, there are millions of hedgehogs and cucumbers and fish, the feeling that you are swimming in an aquarium : ) They come back here because of the sea; )
The entertainment program was poor, no animators. I saw water aerobics once. There is karaoke in the evening, but this is rather temporary due to the coronavirus, so you shouldn’t scold me for it, governor.

But what makes you not want to come back here is
LAST DAY: in the evening we were warned that check-out was before 12. At 11-30 we were at the reception and... I did not expect such treachery! Our bracelets are cut off. For what, why? But what about lunch? After complaining that we checked into the hotel late at night, ate a "late dinner" and at least we were supposed to have lunch, we were given a "scribble" on a small piece of paper "lunch fries" and "were allowed to eat. Thank God that with the staff in during the rest we "got to know each other" (this is also one of the pluses, responsive staff) and after lunch we "treated" ourselves with cappuccino and latte. But then, going to the reception, I realized that if I'm without a bracelet, then I won't even have a sip of water "Out of naivety" she reached out to the machine with "water", reached for a glass... and heard from the bartender that all drinks are paid and cola costs $ 4. what? ! You are already without a bracelet and no one is going to serve you!
Last year we rested in the Albatross. They left with bracelets on their hands. Nobody cut them. While waiting for the evening transfer, we "dabbled" with snacks: shawarma and pancakes, latte and cappuccino. And when they got on the bus, they took two bottles of chilled water from the counter. Feelings from the rest were fabulous. This year, they recalled the splendor of the dishes, the cleanliness, the "delicious" cocktails in the bars, the many bottles of water at every step and laughed:
