We were a group of 7 people (5 adults and 2 children).
Before the trip, I read negative reviews about the hotel, about their fraud with towels, but as we all think "this will not happen to us", because we are friendly and unpretentious customers. But those were there.
The choice fell on this hotel because of the three criteria by which we chose - a small area, the presence of a water park, and a gentle entry into the sea. All of this was in stock.

So we arrived at the hotel around 5 pm. They settled us quickly and at no extra charge in two rooms. Family room 3+2 (1505) and 2 (2002). Everything is decent, although the kopeck piece did not correspond to the paid one (a room with a sea view was paid), but was provided with a view of the pool on the first floor. The family room had one large bed and two sofas. When it came time to go to bed, it became clear that you wouldn’t have to sleep, since the sofa is just knocked down boards without a mattress. We turned to the reception and about an hour and a half later they brought us mattresses. Immediately upon checking in, we noticed that we had 2 beach towels and 2 sets of bath towels, we also informed the cleaner about this and he brought another set of bath towels, arguing that there were no clean ones yet. We are not picky people, and we always take our own towels from home.
For 3 days everything was fine, we enjoyed the sea, a beautiful view from the balcony, we went to Paradise Island. Every day we left the maid either a dollar or a euro, he played little men, elephants, swans for us. On the fourth day, he brought a third beach towel and stated that we should have four. We tried in vain for three more days to explain to him that we had only three of them, to which this boor smiled impudently and asked what he would get for it (that is, he impudently extorted more money). In addition, he unceremoniously came to the room and asked his son to change him ten dollars at 1 dollar for one bill. Of course, we were confused, but still opened the safe and changed it. After 10 minutes, this swindler came and said that the bank does not accept the 10 dollars that we gave him (that is, he had already been to the bank). Here we did not fall for his tricks and sent him home (most likely he wanted to put us fake $ 10).
We immediately went to the reception and wanted to complain, but Olesya, the Russian-speaking hotel employee, was not there, later they came in again, but she was not there either. She probably had the day off. The next day, we somehow relaxed and decided not to complain and not to scandal, but to spend the rest of our stay at the hotel enjoying the rest. They hung a do not disturb sign on the door and went to the beach. But our zealous cleaner still went into the room, cleaned it, twisted the figurine and took the dollar we had not hidden. On the eve of departure on 11/26/2021, the shift probably changed and another maid knocked on our room and offered to change our beach towels, we refused because we had to leave the hotel at 3 am. Then he said to hand over all the beach towels to him and promised that there would be no problems.
When checking out at the reception, we were pleasantly surprised by the provision of a dry breakfast, they immediately gave us to fill out a questionnaire, where we put good and excellent marks. And it started right away. . .

To be in the room there are no towels and not three, but five and we have to pay 10 dollars for each. We were stunned. After the proceedings, it turned out that after all, one towel was not enough and we owed them 10 dollars.
I still had to pay 10 dollars because the bus to the airport was already waiting and from previous reviews I already knew that the truth could not be achieved.
So they made thieves out of us and, on the verge of a nervous breakdown, we went to the airport.
It's a shame, because the hotel is still quite good. And the guys are not all such bastards. They work conscientiously. The bartender Hamdi, the animators - the girl Olesya and two guys, whose names I unfortunately did not remember, and the guys in the dining room from morning until late in the evening and without a tip, and the sea is so wonderful, but there was no rest...
Dear Mr Tamer You really value the reputation of the hotel. Deal with those damn towels once and for all and punish those who abuse your trust. I think it will not be difficult to calculate them by dates and numbers of residence.
