Ужасный отель Terrible hotel

We rested with a family of 5 people (2 children), the food is terrible, there is no choice, meat dishes are imposed themselves, like mice, you have to ask for more, while they are already throwing them into your plate. The bartender is young, all polite, older (like managers) boors. When leaving, they didn’t check the room with us, but then they returned from the bus because it turned out that two towels (small and large) were missing, I brought them from the room personally at the reception (two small and two large), 2 people lived in the room, the boor at the reception immediately pretended that he did not understand Russian, and demanded another set, in the end, in order not to keep the bus, they gave 15 bucks, I also wanted to spit in the face! Not a foot in this hotel, boors work there! Animation for children and adults super! The guys and Diana give me 100%, especially when they make a fire show!
