The hotel is chic, the food is fire, the music was terrible (for the Americans they tried), it was dirty on the beach until lunch, then they tried to get out. Once again I will definitely go to this hotel.

Toilet and shower - translucent doors and a decent vertical slot in the shower. If you don’t leave a tip, they don’t rush to serve, they clean it up at random, and in the restaurant the table is littered with dirty plates, they don’t bring drinks at all, although they ordered juices and tea. Probably the staff is spoiled for tips.
There are some insects in the room, presumably bed bugs. I was bitten at night, for more than 2 weeks the bites did not go away and half of my arm was swollen. The partner was either not bitten, or she is not allergic to bedbugs.
Late in the evening we ordered dinner in the room. Served fast and good food. Tipping was given everywhere 1-2 dollars.
The pool is full of people all day, during the day you can not find a free sun lounger. The beach is nice and there are plenty of sun loungers. Beach towels are not the first freshness.
The ocean is not calm and there are small branches from algae and palm trees on the beach. The water in the ocean was very good, but close to the shore, the sand was stuffed into swimsuits. People swam in the ocean a little, mostly hang in the pools.
The food is excellent, except for the fruit. The choice is very large, but the taste is very tasty, but there is an average. Many meat dishes, seafood, salads. There is chocolate fondue. Not sweet at all melons and watermelons were disgusting tangerines - dry and many seeds.
Of the a la carte restaurants, I liked the steakhouse. The rest are average. Menu in English and Spanish.
Entertainment in the evening - live music and shows. Mostly dance. Bar service in the evening is excellent. Better than general restaurant.
The contingent of vacationers is mostly Americans, Canadians, few Spaniards and French. But middle-aged people, mostly couples. There are very few Russians. There are few young people.
Tours are expensive and not particularly good. Manati park is good for children. A mini-zoo with simple shows - with dolphins, sea lion, horses, parrots, local stylized savages danced. Very annoying souvenir sellers. Immersion with helmets in the ocean at 4 m depth is average. The water is muddy and the fish are only minke whales. There is no beauty like in the Red Sea. Just extreme and adrenaline. Entertainment on the boat - the animators tried very hard, they dance well.
