Railway tickets are definitely always at the same price (by the way, a good option is on the way, of course for a long time, but with comfort and in Krakow there is a very long parking lot, you can see half the city).
Prices in the Czech Republic itself, in my opinion, do not depend on the month, and there are no May holidays, like ours.
