And yes, you shouldn't have chosen Ecoline for Prague. There are several direct buses a day to Prague, and Ecoline is a detour through Warsaw and a transfer in Warsaw.
For trips to the Czech Republic, Germany, Ecoline is a bad option. They are only for Poland (and then for the part where Warsaw + north).

It amazes me how people are exposed to advertising. Take a ticket with a transfer, with a high chance of not being able to catch a transfer (unknown border crossing time), but for an advertised carrier who has 2 (two!) Hours to pass the border, i.e. there is a clear force majeure...
