problems with a visa due to the spelling of a double surname.
Good evening,
I have a double surname, when applying for a passport, my first surname was indicated in Ukrainian, and in English in full, i.e. it turned out something like this: Petrova / Petrova-Sidorova. When applying for a Czech visa in Lviv, there were problems. The tour was ordered through the Accord tour. It has already been paid for, tickets have been taken. What can you suggest in this situation?

Good afternoon! I am familiar with this and have had no problems. You can attach copies of the marriage certificate, it probably contains a double surname or other documents where a double surname is indicated. The questionnaire is filled in according to the English version. If you filled out everything correctly, then there would be no problems. Perhaps there is a manager error. Call the Consulate and ask how you should be. You may need to try again to apply.
