A citizen of Ukraine or an agency from Russia who dealt with the submission of an old-style Ukrainian passport to the consulate (visa center) of the Czech Republic in Russia. Do you feel how many parameters? In your previous question, it was answered that there is a problem with such passports in Ukraine. And it's not the validity of your passport - it is valid. If visas were issued for all valid passports!!!
