Travel agency "Alliance"
I'm going with Alliance. Tell me, please, on what basis do they seat people on the bus, which bus and what to do on the road? And I also heard that it is better to take pillows under your head with you so that your neck does not numb. Is it so?

It’s true about pillows, very comfortable ones that are worn around the neck (there are special ones for travel).
I am most interested in the seating princes - the fact is that I applied for a visa late, so I went at the end (everyone who was sitting in the gallery also said that they applied for a visa late, i.e. maybe they are seated on time :/), and + I I went on this trip alone and ... I was sitting on the bus with a guy who was also traveling alone. By the way, my now girlfriend (with whom we met on this tour) also traveled alone and the same place in the bus was next to the guy who traveled alone :) In addition, I was with my "couple", and my girlfriend and her were the same age :) Here is such an accident, or maybe the work of the "Alliance" :)

Be sure to take a pillow. You can immediately throw it on the shelf in the bus. Places are distributed as documents are submitted, starting from the "head" of the bus. If you have any wishes, you can immediately ask the manager who serves you at the agency. As a rule, he has a seating chart on the bus in his hands. He is unlikely to move the front ones, but you can choose which side to sit on or to (not) near the door.

I often go on bus tours, and have found that it is better to sit in the back (if you do not get motion sickness), especially if the tours are with night crossings. As a rule, the rearmost seats are not occupied, and you can generally take two seats alone and ride much more comfortably than sitting together. And be sure to bring a pillow! On the road, films, music are usually put on, the guide tells about interesting places where you will be. Bring along an interesting book or crossword puzzles. Have a good travel!

I went on bus tours to Hungary and the Czech Republic - both times the bus was filled with all the seats.
Maybe I'm just lucky ... I don't know :)

In Feeria, for example, tourists are seated as applications are received. Who signed up first. he sits closer. And most importantly, in the applications you can order a window seat from any side you like.

Czech fairy tale + Dresden (New Year 2014)
Good day everyone! Yesterday I returned from the tour "Czech Fairy Tale + Dresden" (29.12.2013-05.01.204), I want to note the following components on a 5-point scale:
- bus 3-;
- hotel 4;
- food 4
- Czech guide Elena 5;
- group leader 3+;
- organization 0;
- general impressions of the trip 3 (slight smack of disappointment.)
Below I would like to write some wishes and unpleasant moments:
Wishes: take the issue of logistics more seriously, provide a normal bus for transporting passengers to such a great distance, a hotel in the city closer to the center (during the New Year period this is a particularly relevant issue), increased the level of organization.
The desired departure for the New Year's tour is no later than December 29, because You arrive at the appointed place just in time for New Year's Eve. The provided hotel on our tour was located on the outskirts of the city next door to a penal colony, a trash can and an airport. The bus was terrible: it was blowing from all sides, the windshield was dirty, the drivers were rude and insolent (they didn’t respond to passengers’ requests to improve transportation comfort).
I would like to note the Czech guide Elena and give her the highest score -
