We left Lviv for 25 km and……………. accident, overturned bus, injuries, ambulance, hospital. It is not difficult to guess where we met the new year. We were traveling with my husband (Imagin Travel agency, tour operator TATUR, transport company Europe Touring Ukraine LLC) and planned that this would be our honeymoon trip. How the tour operator behaved in this situation: after 50 calls from our side, things were finally brought to us, after another 10 calls they gave part of the amount. We did not receive any compensation or support from them. Moreover, in a conversation with the authorities there were threats in our direction.
