I don’t know if you are nature lovers or not, but I ADVISE you to visit the Prague Zoo. It is very large and well equipped. You can get there by bus from the center. (I won’t say anything more specific, I don’t remember.)

To the zoo - metro Nádraží Holešovice (line C), from there bus number 112. If you are in Prague for two days, then the zoo will "eat" half the day - for sure! Not enough time for Prague)) Take a walk around the Prague Castle in the dark, when there are no tourists and you can take great photos!
