If you want to take a walk, then from Wenceslas Square, where the museum is located, it is not far on foot to the Old Place. If not - 12 tram, as they wrote. And if you go 25, then you need to change to the metro at the Hradcanska stop, and it will take you to the Staromestska station, which is two blocks from the square with the clock, about 5 minutes walk.
