I can advise you a place where the child will definitely have fun) - this is Spain, the Costa Dorada. This is a place for families. But the most important thing for children is the Huge Amusement Park - Port Aventura. Not only do the kids love it, but the adults love it too. Also on this coast there are water parks. You can choose one of 4 hotels that belong to the amusement park itself (at the same time visiting the park at least every day is completely free + 1 free day in the water park + your own beach club) or choose any other hotel in Salou (but you can choose any other town) closer to the sea. In September it is still very warm there.
