The staff is rude, inattentive and arrogant. The New Year, which we came to celebrate, was also spoiled. The holiday was 140 euros per adult and 50% per child. We were horrified. . . Cheap alcoholic drinks, and even full self-service. . . I have never run around the restaurant for mineral water to the waiter. The most interesting thing is that all the negative reviews about this hotel are missing. At the hotel we read the book of reviews, I can openly state that only 2 out of 13 with us were more or less positive, all the rest were negative.
