The procedures were done on time and with high quality.
But the food is terrible.
There was only black tea for breakfast. Me monotonous and not tasty. Salads 3 times a day are the same. No choice of salads.
Until one woman made a scandal there, there was no fruit on the table.
My mom has diabetes and can't drink fruit tea.
They asked for black tea.
In response, we received an answer from the waitress that we do not have time to bring you black tea.
We ordered dumplings for dinner.
They brought it is not clear what.
A type of vegetable stew that is boiled and sour. It was simply impossible to eat.
In general, we were not satisfied with the food.
For cleaning the room.
The cleaning lady came in, opened the door and looked and said that everything is clean and you don’t need to clean up and went.

Not to mention masseuses. Rude women and hacks. During the session, they talk to each other. It's not ethical at all. I came to rest and relax. The male massage therapist does a very good massage. The food is just awful. So I haven't eaten on vacation yet. . NO fruit and dessert. Portions are small. Zero salad selection. When asked where the fruits were, they answered that when we have diabetes, then they will bring us fruits. HORROR !!! ! The pool is cold. The air conditioner blows such icy air that even a tiny sauna does not help. My husband came down with a fever after visiting such a sauna. The pool staff are rude. My son was 10 years old. He was prescribed a pool. Since he is small, I must be present with him. . I was forced to pay for all the pool sessions myself, so that I could swim with my son and look after him. Then the shift changed, another guy and a girl came and did not let me in for the next session. They said here is a chair and sit down. I asked why I was forced to pay??????? ? They say come and swim later. With the children's room the same laughter. One evening, a nice, friendly woman came up to us and took us to the NEW playroom. She showed me everything and said come tomorrow with her daughter. Nurse has the key. Well we've come. The nurse said today there is no key. We came again the next day. The nurse again said that there was no key. We began to resent because the daughter began to cry. She then saw two days earlier the room was opened and there were a lot of toys. To which the nurse was rude to us and said that if she gives us the key, she will be fired and left slamming the door. This is the kind of vacation we had. In different rooms and from all sides rude people!!!!! !

I liked the procedures, as well as the entire medical base, all the aunts are friendly, there are even a lot of pranksters, they speak Russian normally and understand you the same way. I liked the masseuse Anna, she has great hands and does it right on time. I did not see dirt in the treatment rooms, the sheets were constantly new. As for the food, I was very pleased, although the chef changed in the second week, it was a little noticeable, but the food was normal, I didn’t see salads with vinegar at all, they don’t season salads, there is oil or yoghurt dressings with herbs. We never left hungry, and I came later for breakfast, lunch because of the procedures and everything was always filled on time. he deserves his 3 * even more +. With great pleasure I would return again. And at the expense of comments, I’ll say this, a Jewish woman was sitting at the table with us, getting up from the table for the third time and heading to the buffet, she said, God, how everything is not tasty. or another example while mom was sitting in line talking to another Jewish woman who told her about the horrors of this sanatorium, and when mom asked her for the first time, like us, she said no, this is already 7 times, well, she asks if you don’t like everything so damn you come here for the 7th time. so people go boldly, a normal sanatorium, only in August we were told it was very crowded there, so it’s better to fly in other months.

Claims only to the ladies who make baths - they always have a parka, they never did the procedure on time, all the time there is a delay of 10-15 minutes, the water is always made hot, you are stuffed there, and only then it is cooled to 35 degrees. . . To sense from such treatment? I made a remark that the water was hot, so she yelled like a victim, that she knows better how to do it. . . I complained to the head nurse and they began to properly prepare the bath for me. . . So pay attention that all the baths that you provide should be no more than 34-35 degrees. . . They have to cook them before they put you in there. . . And they prolyakayut, and then put the patient in boiling water, their water is cooled with gas to save time. The food is disgusting!!! ! Breakfast for 17 days - 3 types of ham and 3 types of cheese (every day one of them is the same !!! ), cottage cheese, fried chicken wings, meatballs, oatmeal, sometimes boiled meat or fish, non-edible potato casserole - everything. . . They practice a salad of red cabbage, beans and ham, not eaten for breakfast, everything is richly seasoned with vinegar. . . Boiled vegetables for garnish - from frozen bags, and the impression is that they have been thawed and frozen several times. . . Why boil this crap when fresh cauliflower and broccoli are cheaper at the store than frozen? Apparently the chef buys cheaply everything that is about to become unusable from some of his companions, and the Russians will eat everything. . . And who makes the menu there for people with digestive problems, if all the salads are poured abundantly with vinegar - I can’t imagine. . . For lunch their dinner drinks are hibiscus tea - no other options. . . I wanted to croak on the 6th day. . . The chef does not know such dishes as stewed cabbage, vegetable stew, vegetable casserole, vegetable or fish soup. . . pastries - a cheap biscuit with a mountain of fat margarine cream or a thick layer of gelatin layer, I haven’t seen such crap in their stores, where they order such rubbish - it’s not clear. The rooms (especially Krivan-2, second floor) are cleaned disgustingly. . . The maid changes the bed at her own discretion. . . For example, she told me that, well, that the 5th day has gone, then your bed is clean (according to their rules, the bed should be changed every 3 days... True, having been nasty, she changed the bed). . . Bathrobes are changed every 10 days. . . She asked me to change it on the 5th day - she grumbled something and did not change it. . . After the injections, the dressing gown gets dirty with blood - so you will walk in dirty for procedures. . . So take a spare bathrobe from home. . . If you post a "do not disturb" sign before 12-00 (for example, you rest between procedures and don't want your aunt to hang around the room with a vacuum cleaner), then on that day your room will not be cleaned. . . Although cleaning is done until 16-00. . . If you put up a sign "request to clean the room", no one will respond to it, although according to the rules, cleaning must be done within an hour after you put the sign on the door. For 17 days, the mirror and the doors of the shower cubicle have never been wiped. . . In the end, I wiped the mirror myself. . . You can’t list everything !!! ! Frank rude people sit at the reception. . . I asked for an iron at 17-00, they said no, frankly rude, that I should have thought about what to iron earlier. . . To the remark that the information about the sanatorium, including the booklet provided in the room, says that the iron can be taken from the maid on the floor until 16-00, after 16-00 you can take it to the reception, she replied that she did not compose this information. . . There is no laundry at the hotel (the same booklet states that the reception decides this issue... I asked - they did not solve anything). . . so take plenty of things or you will have to wash about in the washbasin. The impression from the treatment remained positive, from the stay at the hotel - only negative. . . I was in Karlovy Vary for the 5th time, I got to Krivan by accident, I rushed late with the design of the tour, so only this sanatorium was offered for a period of 17 days. . . I WILL NEVER GO TO KRYVAN FOR ANYTHING. . . THE WHOLE IMPRESSION FROM THE TREATMENT SPINS THEIR LIFE, OR ITS ABSENCE, FOOD AND RUDE STAFF. . . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SANATORIUM FOR A FULL REST. . . IN KARLOVY VARY THERE ARE SANATORIUMS 3*** WHERE THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND FOOD IS 100 TIMES BETTER THAN IN KRIVANI!
