The location of the hotel is only a plus, it is quiet, calm, a maximum of 15 minutes walk to the springs.
Room service - daily cleaning, bed linen change once a week (! ), towels - 2 times. There are no complaints about cleaning.
Wi-Fi in the rooms is weak, in the lobby it catches better. The TV has 5 Russian programs, mostly non-entertaining.
Treatment and procedures - the impression that they simply distribute the procedures without really bothering whether they can be combined. Doctor Vladislav Polivka is rude and uneducated, it is high time for him to retire!!! ! Make room for more attentive doctors! All our hotel neighbors (including me) complained about rudeness, unpleasant humor (like: go to the cemetery and ask what they died of? - etc. humor), extortion (for the recipe he demanded money 150 crowns, even since who paid for the treatment! ) The procedures were easily canceled or shifted the blame onto another doctor who replaced him, and who seemed to take all the appointments according to the patients' words. Nonsense.
The procedures that ms Katya put in her schedule were incompatible with each other (for example, 2 baths and a pool in order, one after the other. The load on the heart is not taken into account). And the main contingent is older people with their own problems. After all, they have paid for their treatment, and should receive quality treatments, according to their health. And what do we get? The rudeness of the doctor, the rudeness of the medical staff, I suspect that, as specialists, they either do not have the level they claim to, or simply have not completed their studies.
Meals - yes, an economical table, but the cafeteria workers are trying their best - attentive, polite, and will always meet the needs of the hotel's patients. Many thanks to the dining room staff, especially Monica and Vera. Previously, Natasha was there, a very good person, but, unfortunately, she quit. It's a pity.
Procedures - I can only speak positively about Alena (lymphatic drainage, carbon dioxide bath, thermotherapy, etc. ), Sonya (massage, aqua massage), ms on pneumopuncture (the so-called gas injections). They are truly health workers and specialists. Attention, courtesy, individual approach to each patient. The rest leave much to be desired.
I was told the management of the hotel had changed. I don't know how true this is, but it got worse.
And next year I will definitely go to another hotel.
Can't recommend this hotel. Disappointment awaits you
