When choosing a hotel, we were guided by the bookingcom rating, but upon arrival it became clear that everything was a lie. The hotel is always half empty, which probably explains the non-refundable rate when booking. There is no access by car, taxi to it. Located in a narrow alley, you will have to climb the stairs with suitcases. People with children, sick feet are uncomfortable. Reception is only until 18:00, then you check in yourself, while getting ready to call upon arrival and find out the code of the box where you will be left the keys to the room (is it really impossible to tell this by e-mail! ). Further, narrow corridors, flights of stairs, small, half-empty, uncomfortable rooms. The owner is greedy economy rooms are not heated! In winter you will freeze, in summer you will suffocate, there is no air conditioning! The blankets are thin out of season! The shabby shower-watering can peeled off the metal - the daughter cut her hand. The towel dryer does not work, towels are changed every 3 days! The curtains do not close the windows - these are a couple of narrow rags, the room has a specific smell, very rude staff at the reception, the breakfast room is smaller than the standard kitchen of the apartment, breakfast is poor - sour fruit from a can for fruit salad, cold coffee, a minimum of cuts, the view from the window of the room is depressing - shabby walls of houses, yellow walls of the room, uncomfortable mattresses, the daughter got sick after the first night, in winter the heating is zero. Reading fake reviews, outrage knows no bounds! Shameless, arrogant Czech owner, asked to heat the room-January after all, insulted us, it is impossible to communicate with him. But to concoct fake reviews from supposedly Russian tourists vacationing, judging by the dates of the reviews, at the same time with us there is a Master. None of the people who wrote these reviews were there during this period! Because the hotel is half empty! Everything is geared towards what Russians will read and book. Parking for 6 euros is not clear where it's cool. In general, if you want to ruin your vacation and feel all the delights of Czech Russophobia, then you are there, in this "super hotel".

I visited in June 2009 with my husband. A very good family hotel, you need to be in the center of the resort part, you don’t need to climb the mountain (the second line to the hotel is about 20 steps), the room is small, but clean, renovated and comfortable. The owner of the hotel is caring, speaks a little Russian.

The owner of the hotel is caring, speaks a little Russian. At night, the front door of the hotel is closed - the guests are given the keys to it. Breakfast is a good buffet - several options for packs of yoghurts, pastries, boxes of jams, cuts of sausage, ham, cheese, delicious bread, eggs, juices, tea, coffee, a fruit bowl, plus sausages, then scrambled eggs, then porridge, in in general, they ate a lot. When we went on an excursion and ordered dry rations - in the evening the owner of the hotel brought it personally : ). In general, in terms of price-quality ratio, I give the hotel a solid 5 and I advise everyone.
