In Karlovy Vary (KV) we also ordered an apartment, or rather a two-room apartment. We arrived earlier than the agreed time, and therefore we didn’t know whether to call the owner and immediately settle in or walk around...Well, we haven’t started walking yet, but we drove around the town itself a couple of times. I fascinated at once, at first sight, this rarely happens to me, but KV is something special, now it’s clear why this resort was a favorite resort of the Russian nobility.
After the ride, we arrived at the house, which is located on Kr? le Ji? ? ho.
Apartment Kr? le Ji? ? ho 3* booked as always on booking

1. Location
Well, as always, I chose with free parking and as close to the center as possible. This option met all criteria. It takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the beginning of the pedestrian zone, parking near the house, opposite the entrance, you can’t even see it from the street. From the side of the street there are iron gates that close, so everything is safe.
2. House.
House with 2 entrances.
The left entrance with all the apartments was bought by an Austrian couple, they rarely come here, they don’t do repairs, they don’t rent apartments, so no one lives there, and it’s always dark in the windows.
The right entrance with all the apartments belongs to the family of our owner: he lives there himself, his son with his family, maybe someone else. He repairs his part of the house, both externally and internally. When we were there, repairs were going on just in the basement. But it didn't affect my stay there.
3. Service.
So, we drove up to the house, called, he asked us where we are? They answered that they parked on the street, said, wait, I'll come now. In less than two minutes, he appeared, the nicest person. He speaks a little Russian, a little German, so there were no problems in communication.
We met, he showed us where to drive and where to park. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, he helped us carry things.
True, we only had 1 suitcase, a bag and a backpack, but he grabbed the suitcase from the trunk so quickly that we didn’t even have time to look back, as he already entered the entrance.
4. Apartment.
When they entered, he showed what, where and how. He asked if we would go to the city today, if so, when? He himself will take us to the pedestrian zone and tell us a little about where he is. They said we would be ready in about half an hour.
So apartments.
There is enough space in the hallway, there is where to put / put bags, hang clothes.
The door to the left is the bedroom. The window opens normally, we slept as usual, with the window open, not noisy, because the main street is a little higher, and the traffic there is like in a village.
Heating worked in all rooms. Beds two, single, we did not move for two nights. Yeah, I haven't slept in a single bed for a long time, sometimes it seemed that I would fall off it.
The furniture, as you can see in the photos, is very simple, but the surroundings were clean.
The next room is the hall. We almost never went there, we didn’t watch TV ...there is another 1 bed, so you can place a third person or a child.
The most interesting room was, of course, the kitchen. A room without a window. From there, a door leads to the bathroom. I have never seen such apartments. I suppose that once it was one room, and later they made two of it: a kitchen and a bathroom.
By the way, I found a small room in the stairwell, well, how can you not look there, it’s interesting, after all. It turned out to be a toilet, not working, because there were all sorts of brushes / scoops, etc. But once it was operational.
So the kitchen. Well, as usual, we did not cook anything except tea. But there are enough utensils.
The bathroom is quite spacious, there is a bathtub itself and a shower cabin to the right of the door.
Only here there are no detergents, except for liquid hand soap, so you need to stock up on your own. Or buy in nearby stores.
Well, according to the description of the apartment, it seems everything. Paid in cash at the time of departure.
So, in half an hour we met with the owner by the name / or surname Planet, I don’t remember now, and he led us to the pedestrian zone, which is literally around the corner, talking about HF along the way.
I was already very familiar with this path, I went through it in advance with the “yellow little man”, but I didn’t show it, because the man decided to please us, volunteered to show everything himself. At the very end, he handed us a flashlight, so that, God forbid, we would not stumble when we went down directly to the entrance, because the path was damp from the rain and strewn with fallen leaves. Here is such a touching concern for their guests.
I was originally looking for a hotel, and there were a lot of suitable ones, only one problem was, almost all of them had no parking at all or for a fee. And if with free parking, then it is far from the center, which is why we chose this apartment.
Who does not want to live in a hotel, but prefers such options, I recommend it. Not fancy, but everything was spotlessly clean.
