I can give a little advice, if you want to see Cuba in all its glory, then rent a car. We took Hyundai Accent for three days, it cost us 250 kuk. We were in Joson Park, we rented a boat there, it turned out to be a very romantic walk, at the Dupont villa, which once belonged to an American billionaire, in the unforgettable Belyamar cave with stalactites and stalagmites, at a sugar factory, where they tried very tasty drinks from sugar cane. We lived in a bungalow on the second floor, however, it's easier to say rather spent the night))). In general, the Barcelo Solymar hotel is just perfect for noisy companies or young couples. By and large, young people from Canada and Cuba rest in the hotel, there are not many Russians, but they are also present. Always a lot of fun, but not too much. When my husband and I chose a hotel, we counted on a fun pastime. We have fond memories of the hotel itself. . A chic, incomparable beach with stunning turquoise-blue water and white soft sand. There are always plenty of sun loungers, maybe not quite new, but very comfortable. The hotel kitchen is amazing. I have never seen so many different seafood in any hotel! We just ate shrimp and mussels. Among other things, a huge selection of fruits and ice cream, several types of meat and poultry and unique desserts. Champagne and rum poured so much that you can fill the bath! The bar made delicious cocktails. Be sure to visit the A la Carte restaurants, you will not regret them, there are 5 of them in the hotel. The seafood restaurant serves the freshest lobsters! You can sign up in the morning or after breakfast on the same day of visiting. From entertainment, you can go to the nearby Arenas Blancas hotel to see and participate in animation, it is much more interesting there. You can play tennis for free, rackets for the game will also be given to you at no extra charge. As for the bungalow, I can say that everything worked without problems, the mini bar was replenished daily, well, everything else suited us perfectly. The only thing is that it was a bit humid, but this is more of a Cuban climate. Time in Varadero flew by unnoticed, it is a pity that it was not possible to stay longer in this wonderful place!! !
