Guys, don't let the bad reviews spoil your mood even before you leave, because due to the misunderstanding of the majority of vacationers where exactly they are going, you can misperceive everything already in place. A 4-star hotel in Cuba cannot be compared with a 4-star hotel in Europe, the Dominican Republic, or even the well-known Turkey. After reading reviews on hotels, not only on this one, I got the impression that most people traveling to Cuba go only to have the opportunity to snort or dig up all the worst that is available here, although if you search well, you can find anywhere. Despite the fact that the rooms in the hotel are not very new, to put it mildly, they are clean and well-groomed, the maids try to clean everything and please, and if you leave a little tip, cute figures from towels will grow in the room. Again, no one goes to sit in the rooms, perhaps only a few, but to admire the excellent nature, the unique atmosphere of friendliness and joy, and the unique culture, unlike anything else. The hotel is very beautiful. There are many pools, there is an excellent bar that works around the clock and you can have a good tasty hamburger or pizza at any time. In the main restaurant, the menu is repeated, but at the same time, an excellent choice of meat and fish dishes, seafood, ripe juicy fruits, and you can also visit a la carte restaurants twice for free, it was especially interesting and tasty in Italian, I highly recommend. And this hotel is located 10 minutes from the center of the resort, from which all the most interesting entertainment is within walking distance. I highly recommend the hotel for young people, especially since there are excellent bars and clubs nearby, where there is no place for boredom. I strongly advise instead of tipping to leave hygiene products or various children's trifles for the maids, this will have more delight, perhaps the money goes to something else, and it is unlikely that the local population will be able to afford these simple little things. The country is very poor, do not skimp on tips and in return you will receive excellent service, which in relation and class will be much higher than 4, and it will cost relatively inexpensively. Our room shone, constantly put extra beer and water. The beach at the hotel is just a fairy tale, the ocean is uniquely beautiful and warm, the sand is fine and pleasant. The beach is clean, it is constantly monitored, and it shows. So don't let yourself spoil your mood, get positive from the unique aura of this place and enjoy.
