The most terrible hotel. This is the bottom. This is the bottom. There is no customer service at the Madara Hotel. I am an experienced traveler and have been to different hotels. But Madara simply shocked me with his “bestial” attitude towards the guests. I'm telling you what happened. My family and I decided to relax at the Madara Hotel in September 2024. We arrived at the hotel at 6 o'clock in the morning. We spent a day on the road. We didn’t sleep or eat for days. We went by bus to the hotel. We arrived hungry and tired. At the reception we were told that check-in is at 14.00. We will receive the keys to the room at 14.00. OK. We agree that the rooms are still occupied and we understand that no one will check in at 6 am.

But you can put bracelets on your guests’ hands and at least feed them? No you can't!! ! We were denied this. They didn't give me any bracelets either. It’s such redneckness to simply refuse to feed the guests. Do you feel sorry for plates of food? We received the bracelets only at 14.00. But at 14.00 the restaurant was already closed since lunch was from 12.00 to 14.00. And this means that when we were given bracelets at 14.

At 00 the restaurant doors slammed shut and we were hungry again for dinner. Dinner at 18.00. I simply have no words.

I am writing a review to the owners of the Madara Hotel, you are rednecks! ! In total, from 6 am to 6 pm, a total of 12 hours, we sat hungry at the Madara Hotel. Despite the fact that the restaurant is full of food and they simply throw it away because they cannot finish it. We weren't checked into our room until 2 p. m. We were not fed until 18.00. What should tired hotel guests do all this time? Go to the sea! But it is impossible to get to the sea. Because the gate in the backyard of the hotel that leads to the sea is closed. It's on a combination lock. The lock can only be opened using the number card. We don't have this card because we haven't been settled yet. This is complete trash! I have no other words.

As a result, we sat like homeless “bums” in the hotel lobby. We were hungry and tired, waiting for check-in. I have nothing against the hotel's rules of checking in guests at 14.00. Is it possible to feed people and give them the opportunity to go to the sea? No, you can't.
But that's not all. The most unpleasant thing awaited us ahead. After checking into the Madara Hotel, we went to bed.

At night we woke up from the fact that in the next room someone was having sex and moaning throughout the hotel. We made a remark to these people. To which we received obscene language from them. They fuck loudly and we should all listen to it. The next night they left and the “cheerful Germans” settled in the next room.

They drank in the bar and then at 23.00 they came into the room and laughed all night so that we could not sleep. When we wanted to reprimand these people, they simply did not open the door for us. And then the Germans ran to inform the hotel administration on us. Why are we breaking into their room? They don't let us sleep and come to complain about us. Real German snitching is in action.

They would try to yell at the entire hotel in Germany. I would see what fine they would get. But in Bulgaria anything is possible.

Why do the owners of the Madara Hotel not show guests the rules of behavior at the hotel upon entry? The rules should state that making noise in the room at night is prohibited. Laughing, farting, yelling, talking loudly, etc. and waking up other people is prohibited. If you do this, the hotel will evict you without refund. Where are these rules? Why aren't there any? Why did I pay money and can’t sleep peacefully in my room?
