Pamporovo resort liked only because of the presence of skiing. Entertainment was not found. But the most beautiful nature, clean air. The slopes are wide, well-groomed, snow "cannons" are constantly working, there are no queues for the lifts. Chair lifts are comfortable. Normal ski equipment for hire. We rode with pleasure. Five stars does not correspond to: poor cleaning, clogged bathroom, broken trash bin, gray towels with stains, missing bathrobes (brought after daily requests at the end of check-in), bed linen not changed for a week, old narrow beds, queue to the restaurant, paid tea at dinner was an unpleasant surprise. The waiters themselves determined at which table in the restaurant we should have dinner!! ! Not everyone speaks Russian at the reception.
