How to sleep? Calling the front desk doesn't help. Scandals, screams, music subsides by 30 percent. And so almost until one in the morning. Sleep is unrealistic. They refuse to relocate. They're not rude, but they don't do anything either.
SPA center - a small pool, two tiny (no more than 2 people) saunas for some money, and are located almost in the locker rooms. And it turns out that the men go in formation to the women's locker room, look in there, and then into the sauna. It is possible and vice versa.
They proudly mold themselves 5 stars, but I was also in 2 *, where everything is an order of magnitude more decent.
I do not advise anyone. Even just to spend the night and that is not the fact that it will work out.

Haven't visited a worse hotel. Settled after 5 hours of waiting in a room with a broken battery. It was very cold. They refused to even provide a heater. They moved only after a major scandal. The staff only understands screaming. Never go to this hotel!

The whole hotel is executed in the style of "English style". Internet works intermittently and only near the reception. The room is inexpensive for a family (60 euros per day) turned out to be 10-12 meters in size with a bathroom.

The whole hotel is executed in the style of "English style". Internet works intermittently and only near the reception. The room is inexpensive for a family (60 euros per day) turned out to be 10-12 meters in size with a bathroom. The room with 2.5m ceilings is stuffed with gilded stucco, curtains spread along the floor, everything smells of antiquity and dust. The room was not cleaned before us, the window sills were broken. During the entire stay, we accidentally saw a cleaning lady-maid once. The towels are like rough sandpaper. Shampoo is such that it is better not to wash them. The robes were knocked out with a fight. The hotel's low-ceilinged lobbies are full of gaudy decoration in the form of mirrors, paintings, artificial flowers, furniture, lamps, and curtains creeping across the floor. A fireplace is burning on the ground floor and the smell of burning is spreading throughout the hotel (at first it is alarming). We were able to hold out for 3 days and changed from a 5-star hotel to a 3-star one and felt freed from captivity . .

Pamporovo resort liked only because of the presence of skiing. Entertainment was not found. But the most beautiful nature, clean air. The slopes are wide, well-groomed, snow "cannons" are constantly working, there are no queues for the lifts. Chair lifts are comfortable. Normal ski equipment for hire. We rode with pleasure.

The waiters themselves determined at which table in the restaurant we should have dinner!! ! Not everyone speaks Russian at the reception.
Many different cafes with varied and delicious cuisine and friendly staff. I really liked our curator. There were unforgettable impressions from driving on snowmobiles.
Conclusion: I liked the resort, we rode with pleasure. With the choice of the hotel was not lucky. You can find cheaper and better.
