so the price does not bother you, the hotel is good, if you do not find fault with the lack of cleaning and linen change, the conditions in the rooms are simply excellent, not every 3 * has such an environment. Near 100 meters from the hotel there is a cafe, and on the corner near the highway there is a shop. There, buy 3 liters of their local Coca-Cola, it costs 1.80 lev = 36 rubles for our money, empty the bottle and pour water in case it turns off in the room, at least you can wash yourself)))
