Rooms. Made cosmetic repairs on the 2nd floor, where the camp administration lives. Our number is normal (still the same scoop). Carpet torn off. Sockets hang on wires. The beds and all the furniture are 30 years old. The door to the balcony does not close. There is no lattice on the balcony itself (in the evenings, some boys walked along the balconies to visit each other). The bathroom is located at the entrance to the room in a closet with an area of .1 sq. m. It has a toilet, a washbasin, a faucet with a hose sticking out of the wall and a hole in the floor (this is the shower drain). The tap water is terribly smelly with a strong smell of hydrogen sulfide. The drain doesn't work well. Room cleaning is almost non-existent. Cleaners take out the garbage from the room, put a roll of toilet paper and make noise with a vacuum cleaner, while all the sand and dirt remain on the carpet. Bedding and towels for 10 days never changed.
The staff is perfect for this place. The director is a boor, he threatens to call the police for any remarks. His girlfriend Natasha is a hotel manager (part-time she works at the reception and in the kitchen, she also sits on the jury of the festival), a rude woman and a rare creature. To our great regret, the stay of this group disturbed the peace and good mood of the whole complex. The scandalous behavior of two women from the group - Ms. Soldachenko Lesia, a citizen of the Republic of Ukraine, who lived in room 418 from 20.06 - 29.06. 2017 and Boyko Maria, a citizen of the Republic of Ukraine, who lived in room 416 from 20.06 - June 29.2017 caused a lot of complaints from not only residents, but also staff. Ms. Soldachenko and Boyko offended everyone, cursed, got drunk, behaved scandalously and in contradiction not only to normal, human norms of good behavior, but also in complete disregard for the rules of public order. During their stay, the police had to be called repeatedly to ensure the peace of everyone else in the camp. . The TURAL company and all the staff of the DMC Albatros Geologist apologize to all our partners and guests who witnessed the obscene behavior of these women.

It really depends on the leader. No one complained about the food, on the contrary, they praised it. In total, our children were 15 + 1 hands there. The children changed, they came, they stopped by. But there was not a single complaint.
For example, about Natalya - the director, she is from Belarus, and last year and this year there were very positive reviews - very intelligent, calm, polite.
What is true in these reviews:
1) water in the cooler only during meals - this is true, and on our website it is written about it.
We bought large bottles of drinking water, there are no problems with this, everything is cheap. We do not see this as a problem, especially since we warn everyone in advance.
2) the water smells of hydrogen sulfide - yes, it's so strange that it causes such discontent - after all, the water there is mineral from hot springs !! ! we see this as a plus - people pay money specifically to come to a resort with mineral water, and here for two weeks you swim in a pool from a mineral spring, the entire hotel is supplied with the same water. The water in the spring is hot, it is diluted, but the smell remains slightly.
3) The hotel is not new, the buildings of the Soviet period - approximately 70 - 80 years, there are rooms with a good repair. there is so-so. Depends on the floor.
Our always lodged in decent numbers. If they settled in bad ones, we tried to relocate.
4) There are queues, it’s so that they don’t accumulate, they make a time pass - a group with a leader comes in, but not for the children to run on their own. Still, this is a children's camp, not just a hotel.
5) Rudeness of the staff - this is the first time I hear about it, all our managers note the friendliness of the staff. And so it has always been. And for my part, I want to say that we have been working with this company for a very long time, there were no problems, we are always friendly, we solve all issues promptly.
On the territory of security, in the restaurant the waiters. maids reception - all polite. And so it has always been.

I read the reviews with interest. Our bands were not at the festival in June. Therefore, I can’t say anything about the festival itself, the jury, etc. But our leader, who was with the children, praised very much, interesting performances, everything was fine. But this is the view of the viewer, not the participant.
Since June 5, a group with a leader lived there, and surprisingly, the reviews of all the children were very good.
It really depends on the leader. No one complained about the food, on the contrary, they praised it. In total, our children were 15 + 1 hands there. The children changed, they came, they stopped by. But there was not a single complaint.
For example, about Natalya - the director, she is from Belarus, and last year and this year there were very positive reviews - very intelligent, calm, polite.
What is true in these reviews:
1) water in the cooler only during meals - this is true, and on our website it is written about it.
We bought large bottles of drinking water, there are no problems with this, everything is cheap. We do not see this as a problem, especially since we warn everyone in advance.
2) the water smells of hydrogen sulfide - yes, it's so strange that it causes such discontent - after all, the water there is mineral from hot springs !! ! we see this as a plus - people pay money specifically to come to a resort with mineral water, and here for two weeks you swim in a pool from a mineral spring, the entire hotel is supplied with the same water. The water in the spring is hot, it is diluted, but the smell remains slightly.
3) The hotel is not new, the buildings of the Soviet period - approximately 70 - 80 years, there are rooms with a good repair. there is so-so. Depends on the floor.
Our always lodged in decent numbers. If they settled in bad ones, we tried to relocate.
4) There are queues, it’s so that they don’t accumulate, they make a time pass - a group with a leader comes in, but not for the children to run on their own. Still, this is a children's camp, not just a hotel.
5) Rudeness of the staff - this is the first time I hear about it, all our managers note the friendliness of the staff. And so it has always been. And for my part, I want to say that we have been working with this company for a very long time, there were no problems, we are always friendly, we solve all issues promptly.
On the territory of security, in the restaurant the waiters. maids reception - all polite. And so it has always been.
6) Now our leader has changed - she said that the food has become worse. But I will forward all the reviews that you sent to the management of the host country (they are also the owners of the camp)
In my opinion, the problem is that many parents come and want a more comfortable stay, but at the same time they forget that they paid for the children's camp, it's cheap, it's not the same as staying in an adult hotel. You need to understand the difference.
