Ужасный отдых Terrible holiday

We bought a tour to this hotel for two weeks. I am writing directly from the room in order to convey the most recent impressions.
Were before in Egypt, Turkey and 8 years ago in Bulgaria. Vacation was terrible.
I will try to describe in order.
Room: the room would be tolerable if... Not a broken toilet that flows all the time, a clogged shower, no soap, shampoo and other things, no refrigerator, broken antenna sockets (the TV does not show anything), absolute dirt in the room as during check-in all the time, and finally a poorly working air conditioner. You can say that it was necessary to change the number... We were 32 people in a group, the rooms are all the same.
Hotel: old, shabby, the windows must have been washed two years ago. But if you wash it, it looks fine.

Restaurant: a separate song. All utensils are broken (cups, plates), but even such cups are not enough and people drink coffee from plastic cups. In principle, there are no teaspoons, instead of them there are plastic stirrers. Kitchen, quiet horror. If today there was vermicelli, tomorrow there will be a salad from this vermicelli, if there were sausages, tomorrow there will be soup from grated sausages, and so on. We have a lot of children, and so the children are constantly poisoned, fever, vomiting and frustration.
Territory: in principle, the best part. The complex includes 5 hotels, the territory is the same for all. Lots of pools with slides for the little ones. Sometimes, in places, there are even flowers.
Sea: dirty, a lot of seaweed. But plus, a large beach. There are enough beds for everyone. Coarse sand. There are no showers on the beach, so the hotel and rooms are all in the sand.
Animation: it just doesn't exist.
Special attention to the staff: all do not care. Room cleaning - once with a rag and went. They enter the room without even knocking. Once they went in and took the blankets from the children's room (the door opened in front of them, the cleaning lady came in and took the blankets), so I swore for 2 days that they would return it (the nights were cold, the little ones froze).
Contingent: Russians and Ukrainians.
Outcome. They just ruined their vacation, spent a lot of nerves. I do not advise anyone to go.
