Power Poor Wi-Fi in the rooms, on the territory did not reach. The hotel is very shabby, the rooms are not clean enough. Towels and bedspreads worn out. They just ruined their vacation, spent a lot of nerves. I do not advise anyone to go

we are from Chisinau, rested in August 2018, relying on the recommendations of a girl from a travel agency, who assured that competitors leave bad reviews, or "everyone dissatisfied Muscovites" we paid 950 euros (2 adults + 1 child) went with the hope ofa pleasant stay, our room was on the 4th floor, overlooking the sea, it would seem that everything is fine, but as soon as you enter the room, the first thing that immediately spoils the impression is the smell of urine and junk, the hotel is old, the rooms are old, the furniture in them is old, cabinets are creaky, our crib was gouged, ants crawled in the room, it was scary to go into the shower cabin.

Nutrition is generally a separate issue, if you are picky about food and your stomach will endure everything, then maybe you will like everything, we didn’t like the food at all, there is a lot of it, but it’s not tasty, and yes, the dishes are really dirty, cups and plates with leftover food, the playground, as they say, is large, interesting, there is a small children's room (although this room is always a mess, ) but there are a lot of sewer manholes around it, from which a disgusting smell comes, you know what, BUT there are very friendly and helpful staff, and a largenice area with pools and a bar.

We went to this hotel with the whole family on 01-06/2018, we really liked the territory, the hotel is like in a park, a good green area, 3 pools, 2 children's slides (they are not in the photo). I would like to say a separate word about the beach, a very good beach, there is no clean algae, there are no strong waves, there are enough sun loungers for everyone, there is an excellent bar, the entrance for children is gentle, good clean sand.

The general impression of the country is twofold. Very interesting history and sights, good excursions and guides, excellent climate, mild sun and clear sea (there are a lot of crabs, shrimps, etc. in the sea). But the country is poor and unkempt. In some places, walking around Varna, there was a feeling that I was in the 90s (dirt, dead facades of houses and roads).
Now about the hotel. Those who have rested before in Cyprus, in Spain or Italy, do not buy into 4 stars. You won't find them there. Maximum 3, sometimes 2.
Cons: The rooms are dirty and unkempt. Cleaning is another matter. She just wasn't there. Only towels were changed, and sometimes foot towels were clamped... In the bathroom, there was mold on the ceiling, a broken shower, lack of shampoos and soaps. The hair dryer rattled, it would be faster to dry your hair just by going outside. The food is strange (I simply didn’t understand some dishes), but they didn’t remain hungry. At the same time, the dishes, especially the cups, were dirty !!! ! There were no tea spoons at all. Seating in the restaurant, as I understand it, is not provided. That is, when you come to a restaurant with a large company, you may not find seats if there are large tables. Since individual visitors, having come together, sat down at the table for 6-8. Welcome to McDonald's! The waiters, taking away the dirty dishes, carried them over your plate and under your nose. From the look of some, a piece stuck in the throat, how glad they were to us! In the evening, they let us in for dinner almost in bathing suits, and even in wet ones. It was nice to sit on a wet chair after such. And most importantly, in response to our remarks, they only nodded their heads and did nothing !!!!
There were pluses, but not many: the territory is interesting, but I would like to clean it up. Good playground. Wonderful animators (especially the girl Elena). Good animation program in the evenings. We were pleased with the animators and the performances of gymnasts from St. Petersburg. A large number of pools, but it would also be nice to clean it and not in the presence of vacationers, but in the morning.
Of the staff, only the reception was pleased. Fast, accurate and polite!
Conclusion: perhaps we will return to Bulgaria, but not to this hotel.

We always went to rest in the Crimea in the summer, but this year, due to the current situation, it was decided to go abroad. For a whole month we chose resorts and settled on Bulgaria. The travel agency recommended this hotel to us. According to the description of the hotel, we liked everything, but after reading the reviews, we began to doubt. But anyway, we decided and went. It was decided to go by car. Travel time from Dnepropetrovsk to the hotel is a day (with the passage of all borders). We were checked into the hotel quickly, but we were not taken to the room. Our room was on the first floor overlooking the park. Balconies in all rooms. The hotel has 4 floors, there are 3 elevators. I will say right away that we are not spoiled by the All Inclusive services, maybe that's why we liked everything)))). Hotel Delfin, one of the five hotels in the Grand Hotel Varna complex. All these five hotels are located on the same territory. Two hotels Delfin Marina 4 * and Rubin 4 * are located directly by the sea with access to the beach, two more hotels Delfin 4 * and Swan 4 * are a little further from the beach, 3-5 minutes walk, and the 5-star Grand Hotel Varna itself is located for some reason farthest from the sea. Near each hotel there are swimming pools with areas for children and slides. You can go swimming anywhere. On the beach, umbrellas and sun loungers are allegedly paid, but for 10 days of rest we never paid for them, the main thing is to have time to take them. The sand on the beach is white and clean. The water is transparent. On the beach itself, they are constantly cleaned, there are practically no full trash cans. Animators work on the beach until lunchtime. There are also pools on the beach. Two children's with slides. My son didn't get out. The rooms are clean, only there are no hygiene products (there should be in 4 *). For a tip to the maids (2 leva = 16 UAH), towels and bed linen were changed for us almost every other day. Of course, you can find fault with the quality of the room (a cracked cistern on the toilet bowl, the audibility in the bathroom of all the hotel's flushing toilet bowls in our riser), but we did not come to sit in the room. The territory of the hotel is large and well-groomed, there is where to walk. A good playground, but one for the whole complex, so in the evening there are a lot of children. In the evening, there is a mini disco for children. Our child (4.5 years old) loved it. The shopping street starts right next to the hotel. There are many shops, cafes, currency exchange and a pharmacy. Pavilions with souvenirs. And the monastery of St. Constantine and St. Helena with a healing spring. Even children with disabilities are brought there. Meals at the hotel are all inclusive. Buffet. There was a big line at lunchtime as the hotel was full. But there was always enough food for everyone and there was plenty to choose from. Maybe monotonous, but we did not go hungry. Always fresh fruits and vegetables. Delicious desserts for lunch and dinner. Children's menu. The lobby bar with drinks is open at the hotel until 22.00. In general, we are satisfied with the rest. Would like to come again.

So, in order. We arrived at the hotel very early, somewhere around 8 am (because of the early flight). Since the check-in is after 14-00 according to the rules, we were offered an early check-in for an additional fee. We agreed to it. The rooms are quite spacious, the balcony railing is solid, reinforced concrete, which I liked.

Shared toilet and shower (there was a shower). There was also a hair dryer. To go to the beach and the pool, everyone was provided with towels that can be changed every day or after 3 days - if desired. The room has a safe, the key to it can be taken at the reception. There were some minor problems with the room, but they were quickly resolved.
The food in the restaurant was delicious, although the choice for breakfast was not great.
We went swimming to the Rubin Hotel, it has a nice big pool and the beach is nearby: swim wherever you want. Almost no one swam in the pool near our hotel.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex, it catches in all places and is absolutely free.
A new children's playground was made near our hotel (on all the plates, the year of production is 2014). However, children do everything (especially older ones) to break everything faster.
Of all the hotels included in the Grand Hotel Varna complex, our hotel outwardly liked the most (not counting the Grand Hotel Varna itself): the facades are the most accurate.
There is a street with shops where you can buy a lot of things. In the center of this street is the monastery of St. Constantine and Elena. You can go there.
The course at the resort is BGN 1.91/€1, BGN 1.37/$1. There is one exchanger that offers a rate of 1.95 - but this is a hoax: this is a sale, a purchase of 1.56 / 1 €.
There is a Lidi + store, with the cheapest prices in the resort: for groceries.
The resort seemed quiet to us, after a week we were already bored there. The only plus is that Varna is nearby.
We went to Varna. You can get to their center (Cathedral) by bus 409, the fare is 1 lev per person. Were in the Grand Mole. The prices, at least for us, are crazy. Although there were a lot of people.
So everything seems to be. If you have any questions, please contact. I will help how I can.

We bought a tour to this hotel for two weeks. I am writing directly from the room in order to convey the most recent impressions. Were before in Egypt, Turkey and 8 years ago in Bulgaria. Vacation was terrible. I will try to describe in order. Room: the room would be tolerable if... Not a broken toilet that flows all the time, a clogged shower, no soap, shampoo and other things, no refrigerator, broken antenna sockets (the TV does not show anything), absolute dirt in the room as during check-in all the time, and finally a poorly working air conditioner.

You can say that it was necessary to change the number... We were 32 people in a group, the rooms are all the same.
Hotel: old, shabby, the windows must have been washed two years ago. But if you wash it, it looks fine.
Restaurant: a separate song. All utensils are broken (cups, plates), but even such cups are not enough and people drink coffee from plastic cups. In principle, there are no teaspoons, instead of them there are plastic stirrers. Kitchen, quiet horror. If today there was vermicelli, tomorrow there will be a salad from this vermicelli, if there were sausages, tomorrow there will be soup from grated sausages, and so on. We have a lot of children, and so the children are constantly poisoned, fever, vomiting and frustration.
Territory: in principle, the best part. The complex includes 5 hotels, the territory is the same for all. Lots of pools with slides for the little ones. Sometimes, in places, there are even flowers.
Sea: dirty, a lot of seaweed. But plus, a large beach. There are enough beds for everyone. Coarse sand. There are no showers on the beach, so the hotel and rooms are all in the sand.
Animation: it just doesn't exist.
Special attention to the staff: all do not care. Room cleaning - once with a rag and went. They enter the room without even knocking. Once they went in and took the blankets from the children's room (the door opened in front of them, the cleaning lady came in and took the blankets), so I swore for 2 days that they would return it (the nights were cold, the little ones froze).
Contingent: Russians and Ukrainians.
Outcome. They just ruined their vacation, spent a lot of nerves. I do not advise anyone to go.
