We rested at the Melia Sharm 5 * hotel in Egypt. They first brought us to Melia Sinai (located nearby) and looking at the sign of the hotel and in the voucher they assured us that they had brought us correctly. Well, the bus did not have time to leave, otherwise we would have dragged our suitcases 500-700 meters to our hotel. We arrived at 9 am, the meeting with the hotel guide was only the next day at 1 pm. →

got a phenomenally terrible vacation. I heard bad reviews about the travel agency, but I hoped that this would not happen to me. Operators abroad impose expensive excursions - this is half the trouble, but when they take money and do not give excursions, this is a disaster. In my case, they took the money, but they didn’t take the tour, the money was not returned. →

When we were at the hotel, the guide Moroz Oksana was warned that one of our company had a birthday, so it was YOUR Frost that immediately fell into frost, at the reception they said that she should have warned that a cake was ordered. Did not like the work of Pegasus in Greece. The only plus is that their prices are lower than in the rest of our hotel (Aquis Silva Beach 4 *, Crete). Firstly - change Katerina, she seems to be just tired of tourists. At the appointed time, the guide from Pegasus did not arrive at our hotel. We waited an hour - Marina was not there. Plus there was no tour operator folder in the hotel. →
