We flew with my wife and child to the Royal Holiday Palace 5 * - Antalya, Turkey with the operator ANEX Tour from 23.09.2013 to 30.09.2013! in the next morning. In the morning we met and he began to advise us on the different tours from which we chose: 1 Turkish bath (Hamam) with whole body peeling! From his words: A chic bath where there will be a steam room, then full body peeling on a marble slab, foam massage under a 15 cm layer of foam, a pool and massage with oil! As a result, they bring us to some kind of basement and send us to the "steam room" - this is a room with plastic yellowed from old age and unsanitary conditions, and the latter followed everywhere! 20 minutes of steam breathing was transferred to peeling (my wife in the shower rubs my body better than their peeling) and foam massage where the foam was not as promised 15 cm but a maximum of 5 strength !!! And when I asked the massage therapist where is the foam, he answered me something in Turkish and sent me to the pool. →

My wife and I decided to give a wedding gift to our nephew and his wife - a tour to Turkey, a 5 ** hotel. I rested in Turkey, Beldibi in June from Anex Tour. Sheer deception. The hotel, declared as 4 *, actually turned out to be 3 * at best, 8 days of rest - turned into 6 and a half. As for excursions from the annex, we have never seen such a scam!!! We booked one tour of Pamukkale - the 8th wonder of the world. The white pools with limestone waters were never shown to us, but they sent the Cleopatra pool to the pool at a run, tearing off another 20 dollars in addition to 65 dollars. →

The tour was bought in Sumy. Good tour operator. Everything is clearly on time: transfer, excursion. Only once saw a small incident.
