My son is in May 2010. went to work in Hurghada (an animator). I lived in an apartment, worked, deposited money into a bank account. Flight 4422 departure at 19:00 from Hurghada to Kyiv on 12/11/2010 was delayed for 2 hours. But we were more "lucky", because we flew with the directors of travel agencies, the trip was organized by "Anex Tour". There were 80 of them, 5-10 of whom did not get out of the comatose state and began to thump as soon as the plane took off. This cattle behaved like in an electric train. →

Instead of getting to the hotel at 10 am got to 22 pm. We were on duty for 8 hours in Boryspil. We spent a lot of money (the prices in the waiting room are cosmic, but they don’t let them go back after registration). The flight back was also postponed from evening to morning. Two days have gone by. In the hotel itself, the representative was seen only once in 10 days. →

We wanted to go on a honeymoon to Turkey, Fethiye to the hotel Letoonia. We chose this particular hotel, because we heard all sorts of unpleasant things about Turkey this year, we didn’t want any problems, for this we chose the already proven one. After reading reviews about Aneks, I did not want to contact him, but only this operator had rooms booked in Letoonia. →

We went through the annex to Egypt in June 2010. for the first and last time!!! As for the documents, I’ll immediately say there are no complaints, everything was as we ordered, the hotel, the room, booked - everything was in order. BUT the quality of services is worse than you can imagine. When booking, the flight was supposed to fly there at 13-10, back at 18-10. →

As a result, having despaired of somehow resolving the issue with the tour operator, we nevertheless called the embassy, where we were informed with a sigh that Anex tour is famous for its scam tourists and that they, of course, will try to resolve the issue with our settlement as soon as possible ... As a result of all these protracted negotiations, we came to an agreement that Anex tour will pay for our accommodation at Sunrise 5 * today and book rooms, but only from the next morning, since it was already 10 pm and the first day was killed, and we will spend the night on the second line. →
