Vacationing in August 2012. in Turkey at the Velvista 4* hotel. Anex-tour rare boors and bastards. Everything that is written about them is true. I would like to express my deep disappointment with the quality of services provided by the ANEX TOUR operator, if you can even call it that, at the SEA LIFE RESORT hotel! the hotel will be somewhat more expensive, fully justified! And we had to prove to her that there is no time difference between Ukraine and Turkey! Upon arrival at the hotel, when the guides found out that we were not interested in shopping, their interest in us also disappeared. The return transfer was also impressive. →

From the very first minute in Turkey, the guide began to talk about how dangerous it is to go outside the hotel, and if we go out, the gendarmes will seize us and put us in jail on cold concrete without water and food, and how dangerous it is to communicate and buy excursions from third party people. →

I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THE SERVICES OF THIS TRAVEL COMPANY!!!! We rested in June at the SUNRISE GARDEN BEACH Hurghada. Departure was supposed to be initially at 13.00 moved to 15.00. We took vouchers to Sharm Hotel Sunrise 5 *. I won’t say anything about the check-in, the duration of which was 4 hours (it rained before our flight NONSENSE. We took an excursion to Israel. A painful road, 7 hours of waiting in line at the customs control of Israel. And when they already put a visa on everyone and let us into the country. We are 4 -People are being REFUSED (ANEX TOUR DID NOT submit our documents to customs). →
