With ANEX - do not risk driving!

My wife and I decided to give a wedding gift to our nephew and his wife - a tour to Turkey, a 5 ** hotel. The day after the wedding, our newlyweds flew from Kharkov to Antalya in anticipation of their honeymoon.

We bought a tour from a permanent travel agency in Kharkov. The tour was booked back in June - departure in September.

The girls of the agency gave out a wedding gift certificate. Everything is beautiful! Everything is fine. IF it were not for the super tour operator ANEX tour!

The newlyweds flew in, a terrible ANEX took them to the hotel, they checked the vouchers and settled the newlyweds in the same room with some stranger woman!

No, is that just mockery?

Is this instead of a decorated room for honeymooners, which the manager of our travel agency asked for right away in the application and the day before departure?

This is some kind of nightmare! How many times our agency has not called ANEX in Kyiv and Kharkov - there is only one answer - WAIT!

And no reaction! ANEX did nothing! They stopped picking up the phone. They don't have business hours!

At the reception in the hotel I was told that TALK WITH ANEKS. My gifted had to spend the night with a stranger in the room.

The tour was paid for in Anex back in June! We checked!

Tourists, ask before booking - God forbid this is the ANEX tour operator - it's better not to fly at all.

And then you will spend the night on the beach, or with whom God will send. I've never seen anything like this in my 55 years.

We've come! Shame on ANEX. I suppose they didn't pay the Turks, or is it just a lousy organization?
