They refused to accept a return transfer form from us, we had to come with the whole crowd several times (the representatives of the annex, even when we arrived 10 minutes before the appointed time, refused to accept completely filled out forms for processing the departure and again tried to sell their excursions. →

Never use their services. They violate the contract written by them, do not provide proper services, are rude, refuse to reimburse any compensation. They went with them to Egypt. We bought an all-inclusive package 5 * 1-line, and settled in a completely different hotel on 2 lines, smelly, old, dirty, not meeting any sanitary standards. They did not respond to requests for resettlement, they threatened . →
