I booked and paid for the tour of this tour operator - Anex Tuor. The flight took place during quarantine. On behalf of the operator (Anex Tour), I was offered to reschedule the trip, but the obligatory condition was not to change the hotel, the number of days of stay and the persons planning the trip (tourists). And they asked not to demand a refund!!!! Ok, everyone is in the same boat. →

In general, there are no complaints about the tour operator, rather a request to more carefully select guides who work with tourists at the hotel. The guide named Hatim (+201066658552) who worked with us is probably the biggest liar in all of Egypt. After his stories about sailing the Red Sea on a VIP Yacht, the Best Yacht in Hurghada, we booked a tour. →

We flew to Egypt with the Anex tour to the Sunrise Royal Makadi hotel. In the bus!!! we are told (and there are 12 of us) that we are being taken to Albatros palace! In the bus!!! Without warning in advance, without giving an alternative, they take you to the hotel much cheaper, with a bad beach, with a bad entry into the sea. After 2 days of fraying nerves, they moved to another hotel of the same network, but we never got to the hotel for which we paid, which took so long to choose. →

Firstly, in our hotel there were many people who bought tours to better hotels, but they were deceived and in fact brought to the Albatros Palace in Hurghada. But for us, the biggest minus of the trip is the representatives of Anex tour - the deceivers Hassan and Ali !!! They lied all the time, they sold excursions to everyone at different prices !!! Tourists who took three excursions and whose birthday did not make any discounts, but in the course of the extra charge. →

Traveled for the first time with this tour operator, were satisfied. →

I bought a tour from them. They worked cleanly and smoothly. I am pleased. →

I want to write about my last vacation in Egypt, before quarantine. We flew on March 14 to Sharm El Sheikh. The ticket was purchased for 8 nights. On March 18 at 21.00 pm we were told that we were leaving the hotel tomorrow morning, and not on March 22 as it should have been. I called the hotline, asked on what basis they choose people who should leave the hotel earlier. →

Now the rule is this: as soon as you get the money, then at least the grass does not grow! We were on vacation with a group tour of five families, paid a large amount of money! As a result, the vacation was completely ruined by the lack of everything in the closing hotel, health was undermined by gastric disorders, and the money simply burned out! →
