A very high level of service in the agency, everything was decent and fast, everything was told and explained to us, clearly point by point. At the hotel, with a guide who was supposed to be in touch 24 hours a day, we could not contact when we had a problem, so I can say about him that he is a nice guy, that's where all the good things about him end. →

When choosing a tour, everything was fine in this agency, if everything was fine, then they got 10 points. The operator is TUI, everything is fine with the flight, but no one met me at the airport, of course, I have huge complaints about this, although the agency is, of course, not to blame for this. Before leaving, I phoned representatives of the TUI, called them and began to figure out why no one met me, they began to apologize for this, offer almost 50% discounts on some entertainment and excursions, but they did not provide anything, They said they didn't have the tours I wanted. →

On the way back, check-in for the flight started late, there were queues, we went through and immediately ran to the plane. On the way there, the flight was delayed by 1.5 hours. →
