A very high level of service in the agency, everything was decent and fast, everything was told and explained to us, clearly point by point. At the hotel, with a guide who was supposed to be in touch 24 hours a day, we could not contact when we had a problem, so I can say about him that he is a nice guy, that's where all the good things about him end. Everything was fine with the transfer, we flew in, did not expect anything, they put us on the bus and took us to the hotel, everything was the same on the way back.
